How did I start this Journey?

It all started with a baby being born from my womb. I had no idea my body would change and what I would / wouldn’t be allergic to. After giving birth to my daughter, I knew I wouldnt be the same anymore, physically, mentally, and spiritually…
She changed me for the better and I’m so thankful I realized all my shortcomings and learned how to live a more healthier lifestyle so I can be the best mom and wife possible.
